Reflective Self-Awareness

What to Expect When Using Our Videos

Hello and welcome! We are here to guide you on a journey to learn about socializing or social  communication, that’s a fancy word for talking to people and how to feel successful in your  social conversations with friends. We invite you to join us on a journey to discover how communication works. First, we will learn  about ourselves and how we are built to function. We are going to start by learning about what communication is all about, we are going to discover your preferred communication modality and what makes you feel  comfortable and successful when talking to people. This is not a program to  teach you change and to change who you are. Not at all…, it would be very wrong for  anyone to try to do that. The goal is to learn more about yourself and how unique and  beautiful your personality is, and to learn about the expectations that people have when talking,  and what you can do to understand and adapt to the world around you.
